Use

In this activity, you define number ranges for vendor declarations. You should define the number ranges to be year-dependent. You need the following number ranges in preference processing:

  • 01 - vendor-based long term vendor declarations
  • 02 - for long-term vendor declarations for customers' purposes
  • 03 - for the revocation of long-term vendor declarations for customers' purposes

  • Create the number ranges for the long-term vendor declarations.

    You have to use the following number range numbers for the number ranges, depending on which processes you want to use for long-term vendor declarations in preference processing:

    • 01 - Vendor-based long term vendor declarations
    • 02 - for long-term vendor declarations for customers' purposes
    • 03 - for the revocation of long-term vendor declarations for customers' purposes
  • The number ranges must be valid for one year each. We recommend defining number ranges for the current and coming years in advance.
