Use
In this IMG activity, you define groups of partner functions that specifically contain the partner functions that you require in SAP Compliance Management for executing individual services, such as the sanctioned party list (SPL) screening. When the system executes, for example, an SPL check on your customs document, it checks all the partner functions you assigned to the partner group in the customs document.

You have completed the IMG activity Define Partner Functions.
Standard settings
The following partner groupings are already available as part of the standard shipment:
- PGCTRI - Partner Grouping Service Inbound Customs Shipment
- PGCTRO - Partner Grouping Service Outbound Customs Shipment
- PGEMB1 - Partner Grouping Service 'Embargo' - Import
- PGEMB2 - Partner Grouping Service 'Embargo' - Export
- PGLDT1 - Partner Grouping Service 'License Determination' - Import
- PGLDT2 - Partner Grouping Service 'License Determination' - Export
- PGSPL1 - Partner Grouping Service 'Sanctioned Party List' - Import
- PGSPL2 - Partner Grouping Service 'Sanctioned Party List' - Export
Activities
Complete the following activities:
- Create a partner group for the partner functions involved in an individual service you require in SAP Compliance Management. Enter a description for the partner group.
- Assign the partner functions you require for an individual service to the partner group you just created for this service. You need to create the sequence in which you want the system to check the partner functions and select whether they are partner functions for import, export or both.
Example
If you want to execute an embargo check on a ship-to party and the end customer partner functions only, you create a partner group in this IMG activity that only contains these two partner functions. You could use the description Partner Group for Embargo Service - Export.
