Use
In this IMG activity you define customs document types for the feeder system documents that are replicated into SAP Global Trade Services.
Requirements
Standard settings
The following customs document types are part of the standard shipment:
- EXPDLV - Export Customs Document: Outbound Delivery Document Level
- EXPINV - Export Customs Document: Billing Document Level
- EXPORD - Export Customs Document: Sales Document Level
- IMPORD - Import Customs Document: Purchase Order Document Level
Activities
You enter the document types that are replicated from the feeder system and select whether the document should be for import or export processes. You should also enter a description for the document, such as, export billing document or import purchase order document. You also need to select the number range for the document type and decide whether you want the system to create a service log to help you analyze and eliminate any errors that occur during the execution of legal services.
