Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the types of agreements that you need to model nested licenses. Agreements let you group export licenses together with other prerequisites to ensure that your foreign trade processes are executed in line with local regulations.
This Customizing activity lets you define parameters in the following areas, to ensure that the system can assign the correct agreements to a transaction:
- Determination
The determination parameters define the objects that the system checks for each transaction.
- Update
Agreements can be value-dependent and/or quantity-dependent. You use these parameters to determine which criteria and which method the system performs this depreciation.
- Maintainable objects in licenses
You can define how many instances of an object you want to assign to this type of agreement.
- Military/civilian use and classification
If you want to use an agreement type to export dual-use goods, you can define the appropriate parameters for the check.
- You can also configure address changes and checks of external agreement IDs, as well as assign a text determination procedure for entering notices in license management.
In addition, you have to define the possible statuses that the agreements of an agreement type can have in the application. Furthermore, you have to define these statuses in a fixed sequence.
