In this Customizing activity, you define the reasons for releasing blocked documents and business partners within a schema. When your employees manually release business partners and documents in the areas of Compliance Management, they can choose from the list of reasons, which speeds up the release process. You can define schemas - groups of reasons that are relevant for specific areas.
You can use these release reasons in addition to (or as an alternative to) entering comments during the manual release of business partners and documents. You define the variant in the Customizing activities for the control settings in Compliance Management, for example, Control Settings for Sanctioned Party List Screening.
