Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Customs Management area of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) to determine data for customs events.
The BAdI enables you to determine whether one of the following customs events has occurred, and pass the results and other transaction-related data on to the external interface.
- Export permission
- Export confirmation
- Unloading permission for transit procedure
- Transit procedure opened
- Transit confirmation
If your customs processes are integrated with the logistics processes in the feeder system, this option, together with the appropriate Customizing in the Feeder System, enables you to delay the processing of the logistics processes - such as goods issue posting from an outbound delivery or goods receipt posting from an inbound delivery - until the corresponding customs event (unloading permission or export permission, for example) occurs in SAP GTS. As a result, you can hold a goods issue or goods receipt posting until the customs event has occurred. This procedure is useful for exports, for example, to react to a potential customs inspection.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
The BAdI is designed for a single use. The activated implementation is called and executed.
The BAdI is filter-independent.
