Use
The Business Add-in (BAdI) to determine and explode BOMs for BOM components of the lowest BOM level is used in the legal control area for document-related BOMs in SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services.
When you process document-related BOMs in legal control, this BAdI enables you to take the dependent BOMs defined in the system into account. This lets you determine and explode the installed components at the lowest component level of a document-related BOM and include them in the legal control checks. Accordingly, this BAdI lets you determine and explode the dependent BOMs for the components at the lowest respective levels.
In this BAdI, the system only determines dependent document BOMs for the lowest BOM components for which you have not created any local BOMs in SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services. If a local BOM is defined for a lowest-level BOM component, the system determines it automatically.
Requirements
The dependent BOMs for the lowest-level components of an active document BOM exist in your system. You have not configured automatic deletion of these dependent BOMs after their check and explosion in legal control.
Standard settings
- There is no active BAdI implementation in the standard system.
- The BAdI is designed for multiple use. All activated implementations are called and executed.
- The BAdI is filter-independent.
