Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Compliance Management area of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) to edit user groups and e-mail content.
The BAdI lets you change the standard texts that the system sends to the relevant user group when it detects technically incomplete or blocked documents. If you want to modify the list of recipients for the notification dependent on the document contents, you can do so in the methods for the text modification. If the system detects that documents are incomplete due to a missing foreign trade organization, the system is not able to determine the user group. A separate method is available in the BAdI for these specific cases to modify the user group as the e-mail recipient.
Requirements
- You have activated the dispatch of e-mail by setting the Send Mail In Case of Technical Incompletion in the IMG activity Define Document Types.
- You have created the user group and assigned users to the group in the SAP GTS area menu, under the following path: Transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL --> System Administration --> System Communication/Workflow --> Workflow --> Maintain User Groups
- You have configured notification control for incomplete documents in the SAP GTS area menu, to meet the technical prerequisites for e-mail dispatch: transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL --> System Administration --> System Communication/Workflow --> Workflow --> Notification Control for Incomplete Documents.
