Use

In this IMG activity, you configure the PDF-based print forms for each object type. You can further configure the PDF-based print forms based on the following object types:

  • Item
  • Portfolio

Requirements

You have created new PDF-based print forms as required using the transaction code SFP.

Standard settings

We deliver reference PDF-based print forms in the standard system. You can also add your own PDF-based printing forms.

Activities

  1. In the Determine Work Area: Entry dialog box, in the Object Type field, select the object type from the drop down list.
  2. In the Object Type Forms view, select the Object Subtype and enter the Form Name.
  3. Save your settings.
