Use
In this Customizing activity, you specify the values for the speed of onset, the calculated risk level and the risk priorities.
The risk levels of high, medium, or low depend on the assessed probability of the risk and the total loss or total impact relating to the risk. The data is used in the following areas of the application:
- In the Response application, this calculation is performed for both the Before Response and After Response fields.
- In Risk Management Reporting, to obtain a report sorted by priorities.
Requirements
- You have maintained the speed of onset in the Customizing activity Maintain Speed of Onset.
- You have maintained the risk levels in the Customizing activityMaintain Risk / Opportunity Level Colors.
- You have maintained the risk priorities in the Customizing activityMaintain Risk /Opportunity Priorities.
Standard settings
Activities
- Click on New Entries and select a speed of onset from the dropdown box.
- Select a risk level from the dropdown box of the second column.
- Select a risk priority from the dropdown box of the third column.
- Save your entry.
