In this IMG activity you configure email settings so the survey invitation email is sent to a recipient's mailbox.

Mail Setting Configuration

In transaction SWNADMIN:

1. In the backend system, open transaction SWNADMIN. Administration of the Extended Notifications for Business Workflow is launched in a browser window.
2. To create a new category, choose Category and then click Create. Enter the category data and then click Save.
3. To create a new selection, choose Selection and then click Create. Enter the selection data and then click Save. Make sure the category in the Category field is the one you created in the previous step. Click the Task tab and use task number TS45607919. Click Save.
4. To create a new subscription, choose Subscription and then click Create. Enter the subscription data and then click Save. Make sure the category in the Category field is the one you created in the previous step.

In Transaction SWNCONFIG:

1. Double-click General Setting input WD_HOST with URL http://{hostname}:{port}/webdynpro/dispatcher. Hostname and port is the WAS where GRC Risk Management WebDynpro applications are deployed.
2. Save your changes.

Schedule Job to send email notification at backend

1. Run transaction code SM36.
2. Click Job Wizard.
3. Click Continue.
4. Enter Job Name, Job Class and then click Continue.
5. Select ABAP program step and then click Continue.
6. Enter ABAP program name with value SWN_SELSEN and then click Continue.
7. Click Continue.
8. Select Date/Time and then click Continue.
9. Enter the Scheduled start date and time.
10. Select Period and then click Continue.
11. Select the job periodicity and then click Continue.
12. Click Complete.
