Use

In this Customizing activity, you can define color keys for the fields and values of the item worklist in the scheduler workplace. You can use these color keys in the Customizing activity Define User Interface Profiles -> Display different colors in item worklist to define which row in the item worklist is displayed in which color depending on specific field values.

If you do not maintain color keys for the worklist fields in this Customizing and assign them to your profile, the system will use default colors for the worklist.
