Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define that the printing of shop papers and documents is to be allowed from the planning board for the following demand types:
- PM/CS orders
- PM/CS notifications
If you activate printing in this Customizing activity, a corresponding entry in the context menu is displayed on selecting a demand of the specified type in the planning board.
Note:
SAP Multiresource Scheduling uses the standard PM API for printing. The default printer is retrieved from the user settings.
Requirements
- You have installed SAP ERP EHP 5 or higher.
- You have implemented SAP Note 1775179.
- You have made all required, printing-related settings in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service.
- You have activated business function LOG_EAM_SIMPLICITY. For more information, see the business function documentation in the system.
Note:
To access the documentation, execute transaction SFW 5. In the Enterprise Business Functions folder, select the business function and display the documentation by choosing the corresponding icon.
Standard settings
Activities
Enter the type of demand for which you want to allow documents and shop papers to be printed and select the respective checkbox to activate printing.
Note: For more information about how to define an output device for frontend printing, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver Platform on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/nw_platform. Choose a release and then Application Help. In SAP Library, choose SAP NetWeaver Library: Function-Oriented View -> Application Server -> Application Server ABAP -> Administration of AS ABAP -> -> SAP Printing Guide -> Output Devices in the SAP Spool System.
