Use

In this Customizing activity, you can configure three customer-specific fields in the RM Web UI.

Requirements

In order to use these custom fields, you must select the Enable Custom Flds checkbox. This field is part of the settings made in theConfigure Basic Settings activity.

Standard settings

Activities

You must provide the label and search help information for each customer-specific field. The system uses these values for the custom fields in the corresponding section of the request header in the RM Web UI.
