Use
In this Customizing activity, you can control which additional details related to a resource's assignments are to be displayed in the resource assignment list.
If you do not make settings in this Customizing activity, the following basic set of fields is displayed in the resource assignment list:
- Resource Name
- Resource ID
- Demand ID
- Demand Description
- Demand Item ID
- Demand Item Description
- Assignment Start Date
- Assignment Start Time
- Assignment End Date
- Assignment End Time
- Assignment Duration
- Assignment Duration Unit
- Assignment Description
In addition to this basic set of assignment details, you can include further fields to be displayed in the resource assignment list. These fields are grouped into the following data selection areas:
- Demand
- RM Web request
- Status
- Travel Time
- Demand Address
- Resource Address
- Customer Include
Requirements
You have assigned the planning board profiles to resource planning nodes in Customizing activity Define Determination of Planning Board Profile.
Standard settings
Activities
Create entries according to your requirements. Proceed as follows:
- Enter an ID and a description for the resource assignment list profile to be created.
- Activate the checkboxes related to the data selection areas whose fields are to be displayed in the resource assignment list.
For more information about the individual checkboxes, see the corresponding field help (F1 help).
- Assign the newly created resource assignment list profile ID in Customizing activityDefine Planning Board Profile.
When calling up the resource assignment list, the system retrieves the planning board profile including the resource assignment list profile ID based on the planning node to which the resource is assigned.
Note:
The number of additional fields that are displayed for each data selection area is considerable. If you want to reduce the number of fields for each data selection area and only display a customer-specific set of fields, you can use either the SAP standard Web Dynpro configuration or you can implement a customer-specific implementation of Business Add-In (BAdI) /MRSS/RAL_DATA_SELECTION. For more information, see the corresponding BAdI documentation.
