Use
In this Customizing activity, you specify the role of the resource that is to be the preferred resource for the second visit at the customer's.
Note that this Customizing activity is only relevant for the CRM appointment booking scenario.
The scenario for this Customizing activity is as follows: The service agent creates an appointment for Resource A for a demand that is based on a CRM service order. If the customer requests another appointment for the same demand at a later point in time (second visit), the system proposes the same resource using the resource role. If backward integration is active, the system updates the resource number in the CRM service order in the CRM system.
Requirements
You must implement Business Add-In /MRSS/CSG_BADI_CHECK_DURATION (if backward integration is active).
Standard settings
Activities
Create entries as follows:
- Enter the CRM service order type.
- Enter the concrete role (partner function) of the resource as specified in the source system of the demand.
