Use
In this Customizing activity, you define how the system distributes the demand work for planning nodes that do not have an SAP ERP work center.
For example, you can specify the following:
- The time at which a working day starts and ends
- The daily working time
- The factory calendar based on which working days and non-working days are determined

Requirements
Before you can make settings in this Customizing activity, you must transfer the respective planning nodes to SAP Multiresource Scheduling using the Planning Node Transfer report (/MRSS/SGE_RES_PN_MNT).
When you then create a CRM service order or a cProjects role, the system creates a demand in SAP Multiresource Scheduling and distributes the demand work equally across the working days specified for your planning node.
