Use
In this Customizing activity, you define how the planning node capacity is calculated. For example, you can choose between a scenario that uses the work center capacity and a scenario that uses the capacity of individual human resources.
The settings you make here affect both the display of the planning node capacity in the capacity view of the SAP Multiresource Scheduling planning board and the results of theCapacity and Demand Overview report.
In addition, you use this Customizing activity to define how the total capacity is calculated.

Note:
The settings you make here are valid on a global level, that is, for the entire client.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Make settings as required.
If you choose a planning node capacity scenario that uses the work center capacity, the system displays the following details in the Capacity and Demand Overview report:
- Total capacity
- Free capacity
If you choose a planning node capacity scenario that uses the capacity of individual human resources, the system displays the following details in the Capacity and Demand Overview report:
- Total capacity
- Free capacity
- Total demand and total demand details:
- Remaining demand reserve
- Assigned demands
- Unassigned demands
- Preparation and wrap-up times
- Travel times
In addition, the system displays the following details:
- Total capacity details
- Demand reserve details
- Processing time details
- Travel time details
- Demand per PM activity type
- Demand per CRM service product
- Demand per status combination
Note:
Each user can hide these additional details by using the respective checkboxes in the Capacity and Demand Overview report.
