Use

This BAdI (Business Add-In) is used in SAP Multiresource Scheduling. You use this BAdI to set a sequence for the demands for which the Shift to Next Slot function is invoked in the planning board. The system starts shifting the demands based on the specified sequence.

If you trigger shifting for a set of single demands (operations), the single demands are taken up for shifting one by one, based on this sequence. If you trigger shifting for a set of complex demands (orders), the complex demand of the first single demand (as per sequence) is taken up for shifting, followed by the other complex demands.

This BAdI provides the following methods:

  • SEQUENCE_DEMANDS

You use this method to set a sequence based on which the demands are considered for shifting.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP delivers the following fallback class:

  • /MRSS/CL_SGE_IMPL_WC_SCHED

The default behavior is to set the sequence of the single demands by priority first and then by start date.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
