Use
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to control functions related to the appointment offering such as the travel time or the total matching. In addition, the appointments can be filtered by implementing this BAdI.
Requirements
Standard settings
The BAdI provides the following methods:
- GET_TRAVEL_TIME_MATRIX:
You can determine the travel time matrix by implementing this method and this way passing the resources, service area, target location and the interval. - GET_TOTAL_MATCHING:
Determine the total matching logic with custom logic inside the BAdI implementation by passing the control parameters in which you can mention whether the qualification weightage is required or not. - FILTER_APPOINTMENTS_BY_BADI:
Filter the appointments by custom logic inside this method.
