Use

In this Customizing activity, you determine which alert icons are to be shown for specific events in the request lifecycle. When an event is triggered, the corresponding icon is shown in the Alerts and Notifications panel in the RM Web UI.

For example, if the role text is changed, then a warning icon is displayed on the alert panel corresponding to the role. If this Customizing activity is not maintained, no icons are shown on the alert panel when the event is triggered.
