Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the values to be shown in the dropdown list for the CRM Probability field. This field is shown in the Customer Details screen area in Field Services request headers in the RM Web UI.

Activities

  1. Enter an identifier for the value in the Prob. ID field.
  2. Use the CRM Probability field to enter the value that is to be shown in the dropdown list on the RM Web UI.
  3. Specify the position of the field in the dropdown list using the Sort Order field.

If you want to deactivate use of an existing entry, you can select the Inactive checkbox. See the field description more information about the effects of making a value inactive.
