Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify which vendor groups can be selected as broadcast targets for different RM groups.

Based on the settings made here, the users in each RM group can choose from a predetermined set of broadcast targets when using third-party vendor groups to find resources for requests. This also determines which vendor groups can be selected when users add external candidates to roles in requests.
