Use
You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to implement alternative methods for the following functions:
o Calculating the costs of a resource
o Calculating assignment costs of a resource for a demand
If you have activated the BAdI, it is called during optimization in the following cases:
o When the costs to be used during optimization are calculated for a resource
o When the assignment costs of a resource are to be calculated for a demand
Requirements
Standard settings
The BAdI provides the following methods:
GET_BASIC_COSTS
You use this method to override the standard costs for a resource that were calculated in Customizing and instead use individual costs during optimization
The following parameters can be overwritten:
- Fixed costs of the resource for each day
- Fixed costs of the resource for each assignment
- Variable costs of the resource for each hour
- Variable costs of the resource for each unit of distance
- Unit for variable distance costs (such as "km" for kilometers)
- Key for qualification-based cost factors (see Define Profile for Suitability-Dependent Change to Cost Rate)
GET_DEMAND_RELATED_COSTS
You use this method to override the costs that are calculated as standard by the system.
