Use
You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to control data procurement from cProjects.
This BAdI provides the following methods:
- GET_PROJECTS
The system calls this method on loading a project to fetch the project details.
- GET_PARTICIPANTS_OF_PROJECT
The system calls this method on loading a project to fetch the role data.
- ON_EVENT
The system calls this method to load the MRS buffers. This method is called whenever a project or a role is created or loaded.
- GET_EDIT_MODE
The system calls this method on loading a project to retrieve the edit mode information.
- GET_VALUE_SET
The system calls this method to retrieve the time unit for the role.
- SET_CHANGED_FLAG
The system calls this method on saving a project to check whether changes have been made.
- GET_TIMEUNITS
The system calls this method on loading a project to retrieve the time units based on the language of the project.
- GET_LOCATION_TEXT
The system calls this method on loading a project to retrieve the location text and area.
- SET_MANDATORY_FLAG
- SET_STATUS
The system calls this method to set the assignment status when a resource is selected or allocated.
- GET_ROLE_TYPES
The system calls this method to determine the allowed MRS-relevant role types.
- ASSIGNMENT_ADJUST_ONCOPY
The system calls this method to adjust the assignments when a project is copied.
- GET_PM_SAVE_RELEVANCE
The system calls this method on saving a project to check whether the saving of staffing is allowed. This method is only relevant for PM/CS-related staffing.
- COPY_PROJECT
This method is called when a project is copied.
- GET_ROLE_TYPE
The system calls this method on loading a role to retrieve the role information.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP provides the following default implementation:
- /MRSS/DPR_PROJECT_IMPL
For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
Activities
We recommend that you use the default implementation to benefit from automatic code updates and improvements.
However, if you had implemented a customer-specific logic in a previous SAP Multiresource Scheduling release and want to keep using your implementation, you can do so.
