Use
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the smart form text module for disclaimers in e-mail messages. The form name column contains a smart form text module which contains the disclaimer template. When an e-mail is triggered, the same content is displayed on the e-mail disclaimer.
If this Customizing activity is not maintained, the e-mail disclaimer contents will be blank when the e-mail trigger occurs.
Requirements
The contents of the form name must be created or maintained using the transaction SMARTFORMS.
