Use
Using this Customizing activity, you can determine whether an e-mail is to be sent to the resource manager for a particular RM header group when a role is validated.
Requirements
The following prerequisites must be met:
- Settings for sending e-mails from the system should exist - for example, using transaction code SCOT.
- The resource manager's number ID should be mapped to the corresponding user ID. For mapped personnel numbers, an e-mail ID must be maintained in the communication infotype (0105, subtype 0010.
- By default, e-mail details are empty if /MRSS/IF_RM_EMAIL_INFO – GET_EMAIL_BODY is not maintained.
- The evaluation path to determine the resource manager for the RM group should be maintained in Customizing.

Activities
Select the E-Mail checkbox if you want a validation e-mail to be sent out to resource managers.
