Use
You can maintain the list of System Aliases corresponding to a Context defined in the view /IWFND/V_COCCOL. This configuration can then be used to trigger calls to the backend system in order to retrieve information for various Contexts.
Requirements
You must create a Context in the View /IWFND/V_COCCOL before maintaining context based SAP system alias.
Standard settings
Activities
- Click activity icon. The Context Based SAP System Alias Configuration screen is displayed.
- Choose New Entries.
- Choose a context from the F4 help in the Context ID field.
- Enter the name of the SAP system alias in the SAP System Alias field.
- Save your settings.
Example
You can use this activity to synchronize the user information between the SAP NetWeaver Gateway system and the SAP backend system.
