Use
SAP administrators are able execute the cleanup of databases and repositories periodically or on demand. If a user needs the recent data or additional supportability activities requires cleanup, the SAP administrator can do it on demand. To prevent an overflow, the SAP administrator can execute cleanup periodically or automate this.
For all newly introduced cache and persistency frameworks, a new Cleanup Scenario is created for integration with the generic Cache & Persistency Management framework which allows the SAP Administrator to have a central entry for all clean-up activities of outdated data.
