Use

GSDO Groups group together GSDO types.

GSDO groups need to be activated by an administrator before they can be used.

  • An administrator can assign GSDO groups to SAP System Aliases. This assignment can be done either user role dependent or independent.
  • With this assignment, an inbound request from a SAP NetWeaver Gateway consumer can be routed to the corresponding SAP system. The system can identify the SAP system responsible for processing (managing and storing) the data of an inbound request.

For more information, see the IMG activity Manage GSDO Groups.

Requirements

GSDOs are shipped by SAP and cannot be modified via customizing.

GSDO groups can be created and modified via customizing, but are originally shipped by SAP.
