Use

This activity allows you to clean-up the cached notifications for Pull based Subscription and Notification scenario.

This can be done for a specific selection criteria or for the whole cache if the flag Mass Cleanup is active.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

To clean-up the cached notifications for Pull based Subscription and Notification scenario for a particular Collection or Service Group ID or User, enter the following details:

  1. Username - Enter the Username of the user for which the cached notifications have to be deleted.
  2. Service Group ID - Press F4 and choose the Service Document Identifier.
  3. Collection - Enter the Collections for which you want to delete the cached notifications.
  4. Records older than (in days) Date/Time From - Enter the number of days for which the cached notifications have to be deleted. Or
  5. Records in Date/Time range - Enter the Date/Time from which the cached notifications have to be deleted and enter the Date/Time to which the cached notifications have to be deleted.

Now, choose Execute.

For deleting the whole cache (Mass Clean-up), ignore all the fields mentioned above and select the Mass Cleanup check box and choose Execute.
