Implement Adaptation BSO
An Adaptation BSO is a GSI implementation that adapts an SAP system specific format to the canonical GW format. These BSOs need to implement the interface /IWFND/IF_SRD_GSI_IMPL_ABSO. For details, refer to the corresponding Interface documentation.
Important: There are abstract implementations for Adaptation BSOs:
- /IWFND/CL_SRD_BSO_ADAP_BRW_ABS for read/write implementations
- /IWFND/CL_SRD_BSO_ADAP_BRO_ABS for read/only implementations
Multi Destination Composition BSOs
A multi destination composition BSO composes information from multiple adaptation BSOs. It is provided by the Instance Manager with instances of Adaptation BSOs pointing to different System Aliases. All Adaptation BSOs are for the same GSDO Type. These BSOs need to implement the interface /IWFND/IF_SRD_GSI_IMPL_MDCB For details, refer to the corresponding Interface documentation.
Important: There is a generic implementation for Multi Destination Composition BSOs: Class /IWFND/CL_SRD_BSO_MDC
Single Destination Composition BSO
A single destination composition BSO is provided by the Instance Manager with the System Alias of the #target system#. It can consume several Adaptation BSOs for different GSDO types. Consequently, this GSI type can be used for freestyle compositions. These BSOs need to implement the interface /IWFND/IF_SRD_GSI_IMPL_SDCB. For details, refer to the corresponding Interface documentation.
Consumer Specific Service Object (CSSO)
A CSSO is a GSI implementation that adapts the canonical format of an Adaptation BSO or Composition
BSO to a consumer (Groupware) specific format.
A CSSO needs to implement the interface /IWFND/IF_SRD_GSI_IMPL_CSSO
