Note: This is a mandatory activity. The number range you set here is required for generating the users in the SAP system.

Display Intervals - Click Display Intervals to see the number range already created.

Maintain Intervals

1. Click Change Intervals to edit an existing number range or create a new one.

2. Click Insert Interval to add a new interval.

3. In the Insert Interval screen, enter:

01 in the No. field

Enter a number in the From number field which will be the lower limit of the interval you are creating.

Enter a number in the To number field which will be the upper limit of the interval you are creating.

Leave the Ext checkbox uncheked.

4. Click Insert (Enter).

5. Click Save.

Status - Click Change Stat. to change the Current Number.
