Use

A user can get a list of roles (role user resolution) from either the backend or from the SAP NetWeaver Gateway Hub system. In case the role user mapping is on Gateway Hub, implement the BAdI /IWBEP/BD_MGW_PUSH_ROL_MAP_PRV and use the class /IWBEP/CL_MGW_PUSH_ROL_MAP_RMT as the implementation.

Requirements

Standard settings

A fall-back class is delivered by SAP for the BAdI definition which would take care for role to user resolution in the SAP backend system.

The BAdI is a single use BAdI without any filters.

Activities

The BAdI is executed by the GET_USERS_FROM_ROLE method of the utility class /IWBEP/CL_MGW_PUSH_UTIL for fetcing the list of users for a role or list of roles.
