Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) for the automated dispatch of Intrastat declarations is used in the Electronic Compliance Reporting area of SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services.
This BAdI lets you load the file with the Intrastat declaration from your local data store into the system and send it as an e-mail attachment. You can generate the e-mail and determine the addressee automatically using the SAP technology. The BAdI also gives you the option of adding the Intrastat declaration file as an attachment. Under the default settings, the editing of an Intrastat declaration concludes with the manual creation of a file in which you save the Intrastat declaration for a reporting period locally, in the official required format. You can then dispatch this file manually on a data medium or as an e-mail attachment, depending on the requirements of the statistics authorities.
Requirements
Standard settings
- In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
- The BAdI is intended for multiple use. All activated implementations are called and executed.
- The BAdI is filter independent.
