Use

In this step, you can

  • define new accounting instances
  • change the description of existing accounting instances
  • set a default value for the currency translation method

Where possible, delete only accounting instances that you have just created (for example because you have made a mistake writing the name).

If you delete accounting instances which have already been referred to in further configurations, the rest of the data cannot be deleted. A "deep" deletion of this kind is not yet possible.

You should under no circumstances delete accounting instances for which transaction data already exists. An accounting instance where-used list with reference to transaction data has not yet been implemented.

This is standard view maintenance. You can create new accounting instances by choosing Drucktaste New Entries. You can overwrite an accounting instance's description.
