Use
In this IMG activity, you can display the external and the internal format of the vocabularies of the three available EPCIS vocabulary types. This can be helpful if you want to define a filter profile in SAP Event Management customizing under Event Management -> Authorizations and Filters -> Define Filter Profiles. If you want to define filter conditions that are based on vocabularies of one of the EPCIS vocabulary types, you have to use the internal format in the filter condition. With this IMG activity, you can easily display the internally used format for a given external value.
Requirements
You have defined ID types in Customizing under Define ID Types.
Standard settings
SAP delivers predefined ID types to represent the business step, the disposition and the business transaction type vocabularies as defined for the EPCglobal industry groups FMCG and HLS (by December 2006) and predefined vocabularies for SAP-specific business steps and business transaction types.
Activities
You can choose one of the three EPCIS vocabulary types (business step, disposition, business transaction document type) and display the list of all the vocabularies of this type with their external and internal formats.
Example
You want to define a filter profile to filter out the event messages with the business step urn:epcglobal:hls:bizstep:quality_control for certain users. To define such a filter condition, you have to use the internal value HLS 0005 for the business step.
