Use
In this IMG activity you tell SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (SAP AII) how to construct your barcode for printing. You maintain this activity only if you need to print barcodes.
A composite barcode element represents a printed barcode. By specifying the elements and their sequence for the composite barcode element, you tell the system which elements to use and what their sequence in the printed bar code should be.
Requirements
A composite barcode element is an element whose type is fields. As with all elements of this type, you must first create the element in the element set SAP_ALL_FIELDS before you can use it in this activity. You do this in the IMG under Auto-ID Infrastructure → Basic Settings → Data Profile Settings → Maintain Element Sets and Attributes.
Additionally, you must include the composite element in a profile and assign the profile to the correct parameter values in a condition table before SAP AII can send barcode information to a device controller or printer capable of converting the barcode information into a barcode image.
