Diagnosis
The short dump could have resulted from the following:
- A payment plan change from Collections/Disbursements Release 4.71 and lower falls in the validity period for a payment plan item in Release 4.72.
- You have set a 'new' payment plan item in the past.
- You have set 'old' payment plan changes in the future.
System Response
The system cancels processing.
