Diagnosis
For the location of data you specified on tab page General that equity data is to be read either
- from the totals database or
- from both the totals database and additional financial data
Furthermore, in the consolidation area you defined that appropriations of retained earnings are recorded in the balance sheet.
In this case, the items you specified under Appropriation of Retained Earnings -> Distribution of Dividends and under Appropriation of Retained Earnings -> Bonus Payment either must be entered in location of data on tab page Equity for the activity distribution of dividends, or these items may not be assigned to any other activity.
In your case, item (which you specified under Appropriation of Retained Earnings -> Distribution of Dividends or under Appropriation of Retained Earnings -> Bonus Payment) is assigned to activity for the location of equity data.
