Wrong value at automatic posting item &1

Diagnosis

Values were specifed for the automatic posting item . In this case, the following items must contain the correct value:

• Retained earnings/annual net income on the balance sheet
• Annual net income/retained earnings on the income statement
• Deferred taxes on the balance sheet
• Deferred taxes on the income statement.

In other words, the total for the balance sheet items must be zero, the total for the income statement items must be zero, and the balancing adjustment must be distributed between the annual net income/retained earnings item and the deferred taxes item, in accordance with the applicable tax rate.

• If no clearing item is defined for the document type, then the condition stated above must be met for the entire document.
• If a clearing item is defined, the condition must be met for the consolidation units (with posting levels 20, 22, 23, 24 for each combination of consolidation unit and partner unit).

These conditions are not being met in this document.

• Change to line items to the automatic posting item , or
• Do not specify line items for automatic posting item ; then the system automatically calculates the values for the automatic items.
