First save your queries (format SAP BW 3.x)

Diagnosis
You have opened a query that was created with the Query Designer (version SAP BW 3.x ) for which there is no backup copy.
System Response
You cannot save this type of query.
Procedure
Create a backup copy of all queries with the format SAP BW 3.x, by starting the COMPONENT_BACKUP.
Be sure to check SAP Note 884629, which contains the most current information on temporarily saving and restoring queries.
You can save this query with the Query Designer (version SAP NetWeaver 2004s) once there is a backup copy.
You can also edit the query with the Query Designer (version SAP BW 3.x) without creating a backup copy.
