Diagnosis

Text and formula variables with the processing type Replacement Path are replaced by a corresponding characteristic value. Characteristic value variables are replaced by the result of a query.

The source of the replacement is not defined.

System Response

This is an error message.

Variables with the processing type Replacement Path can only be used if the source for the replacement is defined.

Procedure

Define the source for variable replacement.

For the characteristic value variables, select the query that produces the result you want to use as the variable. For text variables and formula variables, select a corresponding characteristic value. The value for a formula variable must be an integer; the value for a text variable muss be text.
