Diagnosis
The application indicator (field APPID) must be filled if either an interface name (field INTERFACE_NAME) or the usage type of a layout has been specified (field LAYOUT_USAGETYPE).

Procedure
Either specify the application indicator or delete the interface name or usage type of a layout. You can use the F4 help for possible values for the application indicators.
