Diagnosis
The system was unable to calculate the employee's average weekly working time.
System Response
Procedure
Check if there is a valid record of the Planned Working Time infotype (0007) for the employee.
If not, create one. If there is one already, notify your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
In the step Define Rules for Determining the Weekly Working Time, you entered a specific value with the reduction rule Weekly Workdays.
The system is unable to find any data record of the Planned Working Time that contains the employee's weekly workdays.
