FMLA request & cannot be deleted

Diagnosis
You attempted to delete an FMLA request.
System Response
You cannot delete the FMLA request because it still has absences assigned to it that have been deducted from the employee's FMLA entitlement.
Procedure
Remove the assignment of absences by deselecting the FMLA checkbox.
