Diagnosis
The current system must be defined as a logical system for communication with WFM Core.
System Response
Communication with the WFM Core system is not possible. Therefore, no appointments are available in the application for resource assignments. In addition, you cannot check or display the availability and capacity utilization level of the resources.
Procedure
Define a logical system in Customizing for the current system under Logical Systems.
