Diagnosis
The error occurred when the system formatted a template for sending an e-mail.
System Response
An SAP Smart Forms form that was configured in Customizing for Project Management under Assign Forms for E-Mail and Groupware Communication is used to format the template. This form is not active or does not exist in the system.
Procedure
In the SMARTFORMS transaction, check whether the form exists or is active and enter the correct name in Customizing.
