Diagnosis
The fields in the CSV file must have the following lengths:
- Social insurance number: 10 characters
- Name: max. 41 characters
- Year: 4 characters
- Month: 2 characters
- Contribution basis: max. 17 characters (decimal places are also counted)
Year, period and contribution bases must have numeric entries.
System Response
If the entries in the record are not correct, the system rejects the record.
Procedure
Check that the fields in the CSV file all have the correct length and the entries for the year, period and contribution basis are numeric.
