Diagnosis
When executing the Outsourcing product, a version was chosen that was not correct for the client configuration. This usually means that feature OTVSN has not been configured correctly.
System Response
Warning message only in a test environment. Is an error message in Production and will disallow the processing if the feature is not configured correctly.
Procedure
Ensure feature OTVSN has been configured and activated.
